Tuesday Tip Bliss: WP

Our first Tuesday Tips Bliss features the fine blog software and content management system that powers this lil ol’ blog of ours: WordPress.

We use WordPress for a few sites we’ve done, and are always amazed at how it keeps growing & getting better. Whether you’re a novice or an advanced web geek, WP is fantastic. We won’t go into the whole ins and outs of WP, but here are a few things that make it such a fun and effective tool:

  • It’s free. (The “if it’s free, it’s for me” adage never gets old)
  • Hundreds of amazing themes from which to choose.
  • Awesome spam filters
  • Easy installation
  • Ability to have multiple author blogs
  • Super support systems in place
  • Amazing customization options.

It’s that last tidbit that we love, love, LOVE and makes us bliss out completely. To get a glimpse at how much you can do with Wordpress, here’s a look at a few sites done in WP. They show the incredible range of form + function.
