Dig it: cheap-o chandelier
Since obtaining our office space in NW Portland last August, we’ve been a wee bit obsessed with finding the perfect chandelier for the office space. Actually, I (Marlynn) have been on the prowl for a great one that I can refurbish or somehow make my own for the better part of the last decade. Alas, one of us (Alain) is not as keen on the coolness of chandeliers and therefore we’re not allowed to have one in our house. So the office it is!
Found this cool one at JCPenney of all places and right now it’s a STEAL! Normally it’s $230 (already a bargain) but now it’s just $129.99! Ok, now before you give me that look, let me say that I’m not advocating for keeping it in its original cheesy chandelier state. I’d love to paint it white since the base is silver, or even black or a bright lime green…
